These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ACtion ipTV application ("the App") on Samsung Smart TV. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App
ACtion ipTV is a player that connects to a third-party IPTV service that you configure (via the Xtream Codes API or a Stalker / MAG portal) and plays the live, on-demand and time-shifted content that service makes available. The App itself supplies no media content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App and of any IPTV service is lawful where you live.
3. Content & your provider
All channels, movies, series, program data and other media accessed through the App are provided by the third-party IPTV service you connect to — not by us. We do not control, endorse, verify or assume responsibility for that content, its legality, availability, accuracy or quality. Any dispute regarding content, billing for the IPTV service, or service availability is between you and your provider.
You are solely responsible for obtaining content only from sources you are legally entitled to use and for complying with all applicable laws and the rights of third parties.
4. Purchase, free trial & billing
- The App offers a one-time "lifetime" purchase (ACtion ipTV Lifetime) that permanently unlocks the App's features. New users get a 7-day free trial first.
- The 7-day free trial is tracked by our activation service, keyed to your TV's MAC address, so it is not reset by clearing the App's data or reinstalling.
- After (or during) the trial you unlock the App with a single payment of €9.99 (VAT included where applicable) made on our website. It is a one-time payment — there is no subscription and nothing renews.
- The purchase, the payment, and any refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We do not process or store your full payment card details.
- Refunds, where applicable, are subject to Lemon Squeezy's policies and the law in your region.
- The purchase unlocks the App only. It does not include any IPTV provider subscription, which you must obtain separately.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to access content you are not authorized to access;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law;
- Circumvent, disable or interfere with security, licensing or purchase-verification features;
- Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the App without our permission.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, name and logo, is owned by Andreas Christodoulou and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your Samsung TV in accordance with these Terms. All trademarks of third parties (including Samsung and Tizen) belong to their respective owners; ACtion ipTV is not affiliated with or endorsed by Samsung.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every provider, network or content source. Playback quality and availability depend on your TV, network and IPTV provider.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andreas Christodoulou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App or any third-party content or service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the EU, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the EU, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
